We successfully delivered comprehensive cell site construction projects for MTN Nigeria across strategic locations, building critical telecommunications infrastructure that expanded network coverage to underserved communities. Our project encompassed complete site development including civil construction, tower erection from 36m to 70m heights, shelter installation, and power systems integration.

The Challenge Of Project

Multi-Tower Type Integration: We managed construction of various tower configurations including Andrews, Sri Lanka, Tricom, and EKI Struct towers, each requiring different erection techniques and specialized equipment.
Geographic Diversity Management: Projects spanned multiple regions from Lagos coastal areas to Kano northern territories, requiring adaptation to different climatic conditions and terrain challenges.
Vendor Coordination Excellence: We coordinated with multiple contractors including GnT Limited, Egypro, Wadmus Engineering, and Anchor Telecoms while maintaining consistent quality standards.
